We are committed to following standard procedures defined in the books of software engineering. Our engineers follow in house developed Quality Manuals and Coding Standards. We have industry trained qualified Software Project Auditors to take care of our quality assurance needs during the software development life cycle (SDLC). These auditors have participated in project audits based on SEI-CMM and ISO 9000 quality standards.
At all stages of the SDLC, a strong review process is practiced which consists of extensive checklists created and refined over our years of experience. Quality records are tracked and measured using standard quality guidelines. Project Management tools like MS PROJECT and MS Excel are used for tracking project progress. Timesheets are logged (which are also made available to customer for projects based on time and material structure). Our in-house developed Defect Tracking System is used to track defects at every stage of the SDLC. Defect report is also made available to customer upon request.
Detailed Functional Specification and Technical documents are prepared for every project. Customized quality control cells perform design reviews of the project specifications and ensure that Testing scenarios are established at every phase. Well defined Quality Plan and Integration Test Plans are prepared at the early stage of the SDLC. These plans are shared and reviewed with the customer to meet their testing and acceptance criterion.
Clients can monitor their project status by tele-conference or corresponding with the project lead over Phone/FAX and Internet. To update customers on the progress of the project, weekly status reports are provided to clients prepared in a standard format.
