Global Competence Center (GCC)

The GCC aims to provide the best possible technical, domain and solution consulting to customers and to support the business units in solving customers' problems. In addition to developing centers of excellence for different sets of skills and knowledge areas, GCC serves as an incubator for emerging projects in the various vertical and horizontal business areas.

The GCC is in a sense EDC Int'l's global R&D cell.. Its mission is to explore new computing models and new business and development processes which are applicable to all the Business Units. These systems of excellence are then transferred to the operational units, where they are applied to customer solutions.

Internal Competence Center (ICC)

ICC's continuing focus is on identifying best practices and streamlining them into better ones, while applying relevant productivity and quality enhancement tools in the process.
